Panipat Chess offers programs specifically designed for children aged 8 to 12 years. We recognize the importance of protecting children’s personal data and comply with applicable laws regarding the collection of data from minors.
 
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction) without verifiable parental or guardian consent. All registrations for minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who must also sign the Membership Agreement and Liability Waiver on the child’s behalf.
 
If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without appropriate consent, we will take prompt steps to delete such data. Parents and guardians may contact us at any time to review, correct, or request the deletion of their child’s personal data.

Refund Policy

At Sagar Bansal – Research, Education & Consulting (“we,” “us”, “our”), we aim to provide the highest level of service to our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances when you may want to cancel a service or request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which a service can be canceled or a refund can be made.

2. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a service, please notify us immediately. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel services that have already begun or been completed.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only provided under the following circumstances:

If you have been charged incorrectly due to an error on our part, we will refund the full amount.
If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 7 days after the service is provided. We will investigate the matter and if we determine that our service was not provided to a satisfactory level due to factors under our control, we may offer a partial or full refund.

Please note that refunds are not given by default in case of service cancellation. Each refund request is evaluated individually.

If your request for a refund is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.

We provide Research, Education & Consulting services to help traders and investors reduce their risk and gain an edge. We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time, including availability of any feature or content without prior notice.

We also contribute to Academia by publishing research papers & reports in academic journals, presenting in international conferences and posting content on social media & charting platforms. These academic activities should not be confused with our professional activities regardless of whether a price is paid or not. 

The users must check the quotations for clarity as whether the service provided is in the capacity of an independent analyst or as an academic researcher where the nature of service becomes educational and not professional consultation.
